Heritage Crossing

Located in the Irving Heritage District, Heritage Crossing is a mixed-use development planned by the McDougal Companies. Surrounding the Trinity Railway Express/DART Station, the project includes office, retail and restaurants as well as apartments and condos. Area amenities already include Centennial Park, Millenium Fountain, City Hall, the spacious Heritage Senior Citizen Center and a variety of shops and restaurants.

The logotype combines a simplified crossing symbol with custom lettering to project a modern feeling with a nod to Irving's roots as a railroad town.
