This human resources consultancy requested an identity that would capture the dynamic benefits they provide to their clients. As the company aims at "developing people" and "transforming organizations," FigDesign created a symbol that combines the suggestion of growth with a hand-drawn leaf form and the company name with a C shape. The symbol shows movement and organization in harmony, the ability to overcome conflicts with unique solutions.
