Exhibits and Awards
FigB®and is an exhibit of logo and trademark design by David Fiegenschue, the president of FigDesign. The examples featured in the show are selected from a career that began in 1986.
The collection is available for display in business schools, colleges, universities, corporations, galleries and other organizations with an interest in the value that visual design contributes to corporate culture and business success.
Included is a series of 11×17 working drawings that shows the process of creating a symbol for FigDesign client Norman Architects.
David Fiegenschue is available as a guest lecturer in conjunction with the show.
FigDesign work has appeared in Print Magazine’s Regional Design Annual, American Corporate Identity, LogoLounge, the TOPS Show, The Dallas Show, and the STC Technical Art Competition (two years Best of Show).
FigDesign was named a 2013 Blue Ribbon Small Business and a 2012 Free Enterprise Honoree in an annual competition sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The program examines employee initiatives, environmental processes, community involvement and business planning to identify best practices among U.S. companies with fewer than 250 employees.
